Partnership
If you have reached this page, we want to begin by thanking you for even considering how you might partner with us.
We are not simply looking for donors or a paycheck; rather, it is our sincere desire to establish and build meaningful relationships with all who take interest in the work to which God has called us. There are at least two primary ways you can partner with us as we serve our Lord in South Africa.
Prayer Support
Colossians 4:3 - "pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ,"

We need prayer partners, people who will intercede on our behalf as we seek to advance "the mystery of Christ" in a foreign land. A ministry partner of ours frequently reminds his flock that "prayer should be our first response, not our last resort". This is not just a catchy phrase but a crucial reminder that prayer is a lifeline that we should not take for granted. Not everyone is in a position to commit financial support, but every follower of Christ is in a position to commit to the even more crucial support of prayer. We promise to send out periodic updates, which will include ways you can pray. Would you commit to partnering with us through prayer support?

Prayer support goes both ways though. We want to pray for you as you partner with us. Please email us and let us know how we can be praying for you and your family as well! If you have children, be sure to include their requests and needs because we want to teach our kids to pray for them.

Financial Support
In addition to prayer support, we cannot fulfill the mission to which we believe God has called us without financial support. Throughout our eight years of ministry in East Asia, the Lord used a handful of churches (6) and a growing number of "individual" supporters (40-45) to provide for our personal and ministry needs. During that time, we also saw the Lord powerfully provide for Joshua's adoption. By God's grace, the Lord has used this same group of supporters to encourage and bless us during this unexpected two-year period of displacement. Therefore, we can say with confidence that God knows and is able to meet our greater financial needs here in South Africa.

Would you prayerfully consider partnering with us through financial support, which covers both our ministry and personal living expenses? We are in need of one-time gifts toward our transition expenses, as well as ongoing monthly support from both churches and individuals. If you fell led to partner with us through financial support, tax deductible gifts can be made in one of the following ways:

1. If you are comfortable navigating online giving, you can setup gifts at https://gosendmeglobal.org/missionary/alex-and-bethany-tandon. After you enter the amount and press “Give”, you will be taken to a transaction screen where you can choose to make the gift recurring (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and also choose a payment option (credit cards have a 3% processing fee, while e-checks have a $0.35 transaction fee). Regardless of whether you give on a recurring basis or periodically, we encourage you to setup a login, which will allow you to manage your personal and payment information.

2. If you prefer to use physical checks or your bank’s bill pay option, for which there are no processing fees, you can send your gift(s) to:

Checks should be made out to the ministry (in this case, GoSendMe Global); however, one important details is that you must not write our name on the check. If you are writing a check, you can include a note with the check with our names for the purpose of designation.

If you are using bill pay, you can include Alex and Bethany Tandon in the account number line because this information is normally included on the tear-away portion.
